KPMG's Transaction Services practice in Bahrain and Qatar provides M&A support through-out a transaction from pre-deal evaluation to completion assistance. We focus on helping our clients make acquisitions, divestitures and alliances, and to access the capital markets. Using cross-functional teams, we bring together the requisite expertise from across the firm, including tapping into the firm's industry sector knowledge. Our teams are focused on value creation and helping our clients to deliver successful transactions.
As part of the Transaction Services team, you will work with a team of highly trained transaction professionals providing due diligence, vendor assistance, negotiation support and deal structuring for Merger and Acquisitions ("M&A") transactions within and outside Bahrain and Qatar. You will also have the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most challenging cross-border deals in the Gulf.
Requirements
We require Senior Associates and Managers who meet the following criteria:We require Senior Associates and Managers who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum post-qualification experience of 3-4 years (Senior Associates) and 4-5 years (Managers) in audit and transaction advisory. Preference will be given to candidates with due diligence, business advisory, or strong external audit experience.
- You should also be a strong project manager and a good team player, who is highly adaptable to wok independently and effectively under pressure in a fast moving environment.
- You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be familiar with risk management issues. Skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling, use of Microsoft PowerPoint, would be an added advantage.
- Frequent travel is required
