Key Responsibilities
- Support senior staff on SCCG transaction origination and execution
- Financial modeling
- Preparation and presentation of information memoranda, pitch books, presentations, prospectuses, fairness opinions (including valuation), other forms of reports or BCAs under the supervision of Managing Directors
- Carry out due diligence under the supervision of Managing Directors
- Assist Managing Directors in structuring transactions
- Collect, review and analyse financial and other information from multiple sources
- Sector and client research
- Contribute to the sourcing of new ideas
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly motivated individuals with a strong record of achievement in academics
- Candidates should have a Bachelors/Master/CPA degree from a good university and grades placing him/her in the top 10 percentile. Strong experience in investment banking/appropriate industry sector
- Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communications skills
Key Skills (i)ability to work with Excel spreadsheets; (ii)familiarity with other key software's such as Word,Powerpoint, Bloomberg, etc.; (iii)generate prospectuses/information memoranda/investment teasers/pitch books; (iv)general industry/country/company researches; (v)ability to perform Discounted Cash Flow and other forms of valuation
