SCB is a leading bank with an enviable client list and deal access requires associate with Corporate Finance experience. The role will involve a good mixture of origination and exposure to senior management and an entrepreneurial working culture in telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior staff on SCCG transaction origination and execution
• Financial modeling
• Preparation and presentation of information memoranda, pitch books, presentations, prospectuses, fairness opinions (including valuation), other forms of reports or BCAs under the supervision of Managing Directors
• Carry out due diligence under the supervision of Managing Directors
• Assist Managing Directors in structuring transactions
• Collect, review and analyse financial and other information from multiple sources
• Sector and client research
• Contribute to the sourcing of new ideas

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly motivated individuals with a strong record of achievement in academics
• Candidates should have a Bachelors/Master/CPA degree from a good university and grades placing him/her in the top 10 percentile. Strong experience in investment banking/appropriate industry sector
• Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communications skills

Key Skills (i)ability to work with Excel spreadsheets; (ii)familiarity with other key software's such as Word,Powerpoint, Bloomberg, etc.; (iii)generate prospectuses/information memoranda/investment teasers/pitch books; (iv)general industry/country/company researches; (v)ability to perform Discounted Cash Flow and other forms of valuation
