This investment bank operates in Capital Markets, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Strategic Mergers & Acquisitions and Treasury, and is located in a number of key markets relevant to its type of operation.

M&A work is one of the most important functions in this investment bank. Increasingly in GCC counties this is becoming a very important element of the bank's service.

They seek a Senior - Director level M & A specialist, someone who has ambition and ability and can prove his value to this bank, and perhaps requisite attributes to assume the most senior role within this bank in the future.

In particular they seek someone who has specialised in Financial Insitiutions M & A.

It is essential that anyone who expresses interest in this has Arabic experience, and should ideally have worked for one of the well known global M&A specialist or a well known Middle East operation.
