Reports To: Head of Human Resources
Position Summary Purpose:
This is a specialist role accountable for setting up the compensation strategy and processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
Provides specialist support to the business on compensation issues and collaborates with HR Business Partners to effect the compensation strategy and processes.
Your Profile:
Relevant experience of 10+ years in HR in these areas in financial institutions ideally in Banking
