Lead roles selling innovative cross asset portfolio analysis solutions. Looking for a New Bsuiness Sales person and an Account Manager.

Our client is a very well established and leading global provider of investment software solutions & services. To strengthen their presence here in London and with the release of new solutions to bring to market they are looking to strengthen their portfolio analytics division with the hire of a senior new business sales professional selling to institutional asset managers and hedge funds, and an Account Manager to manage existing client relationships and upsell where the opportunity arises. On the back of great success already accross Europe, this is a "hands on" targeted new business sales role, with the freedom and autonomy to develop business within your territory,

We welcome hearing from interested sales professionals with the following sort of experience and skill-set:

• Account management or sales track record in your career to date, selling quantitative / analytical software solutions & services to either Asset Managers, Hedge Funds or Wealth Managers etc.

• Experience selling any of the following types of analytical solution would be preferred: benchmarking, portfolio analysis, risk management, performance measurement, performance attribution, porfolio construction, asset allocation, optimization etc. Experience with selling any of the following types of vendor systems would also be preferred: SunGard/APT, Algorithmics, Riskmetrics / MSCI Barra, Wilshire, Northfield, ClariFI, Axioma, Finanalytica, StatPro, FactSet, Thomson QAI / Vestek / Quantec, COR-RS / Bita Plus, FMC (Sylvan), DST (HiPerformance / Hi Risk), Lehman Point, UBS Credit Delta etc. 

• Be new business orientated with a consultative sales style and the intellectual ability to deal with complex propositions.

• Have the experience and personal motivation to make a difference and contribute to the company’s future success here in Europe.
